Without your authorization, PDF Scanner shall not publicly disclose the data and information you upload.

In the case that your uploaded information and privacy are divulged without your authorization due to the following reasons, we will use our best endeavors to make remedy or provide assistance, provided that, however, you should agree that we shall assume no responsibility.

1. Information divulged due to viruses, Trojans, and hacking;

2. Information provided as required by laws or competent government agencies; or

3. Information divulged due to other reasons not attributable to PDF Scanner.
